Yahoo has announced that Delicious has been acquired be You tube founder Chad Hurley and Steve Chen. Now, You have bounded to Avos Terms, If you want to continue to use Delicious. This is the second time when it has been sold out. First Yahoo has acquired it in 2005 from its developer “Josh Schachter”.
Earlier Yahoo was supposed to shut it down, but its a good for delicious users. The interesting part of the acquisition is that the new owners have said that the will maintain the site as it is. The question arises that, Why they do not change it or optimize it in their point of view? Well, It may be a top-secret, what exactly will be delicious But Hurley and Chen have said that it will be something different. So, they do not have immediate plan to alter the service.

Form the launch of the Delicious (founded by ) Their has not been major change and so it was less popular, where as Twitter and Facebook became social sharing giant. You can say that their is a lot of difference between these services but, you will definitely say that Delicious is less popular.
For delicious user the change will be negligible and it will be limited to “Accepting the terms” and”Changing Password”. Visit here to keep your account secure. If you do not opt in by July 2011, you will not be able to access delicious account.
Well the acquisition strengthen my word that “Search Engine will be more organic”, We may see it in future.
