BSNL has launched Public Grievances portal for its customer and staff. If you have lodged complaint and did not get proper response or your complaint is not taken seriously by BSNL employee then this portal is perfect check out.
If you are BSNL mobile user then you may contact them at 1503 from your BSNL mobile or landline. Similarly, BSNL landline users may contact on 1500 or 198. You may also lodge your complaint at BSNL customer center. Or online complaint you may visit self-care portal (depending upon zone).
If your complaint was not handled properly then you may visit http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp , fill up the form and submit. Keep the message on topic and don’t forget to note down the reference number for future reference.
To track the status of your complaint visit http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgstatusintregn.asp and provide the Grievance Registration No along with the complainant name.
Remember, This site is not a self-care portal, you must have reached BSNL earlier about the issue. Alternatively you may reach BSNL SSA headquarters or Circle offices and meet nodal officers personally.
