Do you use additional software to move or copy a file in Windows. If yes than you may using a software that may have poorer performance than default Windows copy(Ctrl+c) or move(Ctrl+x) (than paste: Ctrl+v). Recently Reymond have tested 12 File Copy Software for Fastest Transfer Speed. The result was quite surprising! Only half of them have better performance than windows default tool and half are worst in comparison to default tool.
However, You may already know that Copy or moving files depends upon differnt factors like Hardware type and the type of files that are being copied. It also depends on the size of the file that are being copied or moved.
In the test made by Reymond, Windows 7 took 76 second, The best performer was FastCopy which took only 57 seconds. So it will be better to test your Copy software by copying or moving same file with different tools and Windows Default tool.
Try yourself and check the best copy or move software for you.
Good Night and Happy Holi. 🙂
